摘要 2018年4—5月在阊江上游收集了体长(7.66±0.65)cm的长麦穗鱼Pseudorasbora elongate 8尾,采用解剖学及组织学技术研究了长麦穗鱼消化系统形态学和组织学特征。结果表明:(1)长麦穗鱼消化系统包括口咽腔、食管和肠3部分,无胃的分化;消化腺包括肝脏和胰脏;(2)口极小,上位,口裂长/吻长为(0.25±0.03),口咽腔上皮为复层鳞状上皮,具有味蕾结构;(3)食管短,肠道呈“Z”字形折叠于腹腔内。根据形态学与组织学差别,将肠道分为前肠、中肠和后肠,比肠长(0.82±0.07),由比肠长及口裂特征推测其应属杂食性鱼类;(4)口咽腔至后肠黏膜中不均匀地分布有黏液细胞;(5)消化道各段的组织结构差异显著,食管黏膜下层及肌层厚度显著高于肠壁各段,前肠黏膜褶皱数量及高度均显著高于消化道其他部分;(6)比肝脏重(0.65±0.19)%,胰腺为独立的腺体,分布于前肠及中肠的肠系膜内。 Morphological and histological characteristics of digestive system were observed in 8 samples of slender top-mouth gudgeon(Pseudorasbora elongate)with a body length of(7.66±0.65)cm collected in the upper Minjiang River from April to May 2018 by morphological and histological methods.The digestive tract was found to be composed of buccopharyngeal cavity,esophagus and intestine,and the digestive gland included liver and pancreas.Slender top-mouth gudgeon had quite small mouth,upper position,with ratio of oral fissure length to snout length=(0.25±0.03).There were stratified squamous epithelia and taste buds in the buccopharyngeal cavity,and the intestinal tract was"Z"shaped,and divided into foregut,midgut and hindgut according to characteristics of organizational structure,with ratio of intestine length to body length=(0.82±0.07),indicating that slender top-mouth gudgeon is omnivorous.Mucous cells were observed from oropharyngeal cavity to hindgut,with uneven distribution.The walls of the esophagus and intestine were consisted of mucosa,submucosa,muscular coat,and serosa layers.There were significantly higher thickness in submucosa and muscular coat of esophagus than that in other segments.There were significantly more number and higher height of mucosal folds in foregut than those in other segments,with ratio of liver weight to body weight=(0.65±0.19)%.It was found that the pancreas was an independent organ diffusing in mesenterium around foregut and midgut.
