摘要
建立蒸汽管道双层保温结构导热与散热模型,并在此基础上建立了以最经济性为优化目标的双层保温结构的优化模型。根据选定的保温层材料和与之相关的给定的计算参数,利用优化软件进行求解。将双层保温结构(SiO_(2)气凝胶和岩棉)的优化结果与单层保温结构(分别为SiO_(2)气凝胶和岩棉)的优化结果进行了对比,得到双层保温结构在成本上具有更大的优势的结论。根据优化结果得到了蒸汽管道的双层优化保温结构。
The heat conduction and heat dissipation model of double-layer insulation structure of steam pipeline was established, on this basis, the optimization model of double-layer insulation structure with the most economic as the optimization objective was established. According to the heat insulating layer material and the correlative computation parameters, the solution using the optimization software was carried out. The optimization results of the double-layer insulation structure(SiO_(2) aerogel and rock wool) were compared with the optimization results of single layer insulation structure(SiO_(2) aerogel and rock wool respectively). The results showed that the double-layer insulation structure had greater cost advantage. According to the optimization results, the double-layer optimal insulation structure of steam pipeline was obtained.
