摘要
利用纤维素原料制取燃料乙醇是全球范围研究和应用的发展方向,广西地区盛产大量香蕉和甘蔗,利用甘蔗渣和香蕉秆作为纤维素来源,不仅能有效地利用资源,提高经济价值,对利用生物质能源生产新能源也具有很大意义。但由于酶制剂价格偏高而使该技术的发展在一定程度上受到限制。通过研究纤维素水解酶的适用性和水解工艺,确定SDA-210纤维素酶100 u·g^(-1),HSB-420纤维素酶120 u·g^(-1),NWX-310纤维素酶50 u·g^(-1),SDD-505木聚糖酶35u·g^(-1),复合酶的最佳添加量为0.125‰~0.500‰。配伍使用酶制剂可以降低酶的使用量,高效的酶制剂使用方案可以降低生产成本、提高酶的利用效率。
The use of cellulosic raw materials to produce fuel ethanol is the development direction of research and application on a global scale. Guangxi province is rich in bananas and sugar cane. The use of bagasse and banana stalks as sources of cellulose can not only effectively utilize resources and increase economic value, is also of great significance for the production of new energy sources. However, due to the high price of enzyme preparations, the development of this technology is limited to a certain extent. In this paper,the suitability and hydrolysis process of cellulose hydrolase were studied, and the best process conditions were determined as follows: SDA-210 cellulase 100 u·g^(-1), HSB-420 cellulase 120 u·g^(-1), NWX-310 cellulase 50 u·g^(-1) g, SDD-505 wood polymerase 35 u·g^(-1), the addition of compound enzymes 0.125‰ ~ 0.500 ‰. The use of enzyme preparation can reduce the dosage of enzymes, and the efficient use of enzyme preparation can reduce the production cost and improve the utilization efficiency of enzymes.
