摘要
目的探讨病友互助模式实施于非小细胞肺癌根治术后患者中的效果。方法2018年3月至2020年6月本院收治的118例非小细胞癌患者,根据干预方法不同分为对照组(60例,常规干预)及观察组(58例,常规干预+病友互助模式)。对比2组患者干预前及干预2个月后心理痛苦程度、希望水平、病耻感,并了解患者对干预的满意度。结果干预后2组患者DT量表总评分均明显下降,观察组显著低于对照组;HHI各维度(对现实和未来的积极态度、采取积极行动、与他人保持亲密的关系)评分及总分均下降,观察组下降幅度明显大于对照组;患病耻感量表各维度(耻辱/羞愧、歧视、吸烟、社会孤立感)评分均下降,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对非小细胞肺癌患者实施病友互助模式可减轻其心理痛苦、提高希望水平,并降低患者的病耻感,患者满意度高,临床应用前景广阔。
Objective To explore the effect of patient mutual assistance model in patients after radical operation of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCNC).Methods From March 2018 to June 2020,118 patients with NSCNC admitted to our hospital were divided into control group(n=60,conventional intervention)and experiment group(n=58,conventional intervention+patient mutual assistance model)according to different intervention methods).The levels of feelings of psychological pain,hopeand stigma were compared between the two groups before and after 2 months of the intervention.The patients'satisfaction with the intervention was also recorded.Results After the intervention,the total score of the distress thermometer(DT)scale of the two groups was decreased significantly,and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores and total scores of Herth hope index(HHI)in all dimensions(positive attitudes towards reality and future,and taking positive actions and maintaining close relationships with others)in both groups were decreased,and the decline in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group,(P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions(stigma/shame,discrimination,smoking and social isolation)of the stigma scale in the two groups were decreased,and the scores of observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).4).The satisfaction of the observation group after intervention was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion s The implementation of the mutual assistance model for patients with NSCNC can alleviate their psychological pain,improve their level of hope,and reduce their feelings of stigma.Patients'satisfaction level is high.It may have broad clinical applications.
