摘要
设计了一种电极箔制造自动生产线控制系统,包括放箔换卷装置、放箔侧缓冲装置、电解槽组、干燥炉、收箔侧缓冲装置和收箔换卷装置.主要由PLC可编程控制器、气缸、伺服器、电机、AGV等组成.可实现电极箔生产线自动控制,即箔片从上卷、接箔、通过放箔侧缓冲装置到生产线电解槽、经过干燥炉,再到收箔侧缓冲装置,最后到收箔、换卷下车,全部由机器装置实现,生产线不需要人员操作.
A new control system for the automatic production line of the electrode foil is designed,including the foil-placing and roll-replacing device,buffer device on the foil-placing side,electrolyzer group,drying furnace,buffer device on the foil-receiving side,foil-receiving and roll-replacing device.It is mainly composed of PLC programmable controller,air cylinder,servo,motor,AGV,etc.It can realize automatic control of the electrode foil production line.All procedures consisting of placing foil roll,connecting foil,going through buffer device on the foil-placing side to the electrolyzer of the production line,going through the drying furnace,arriving at the buffer device on the foil-receiving side,receiving foil and replacing foil roll to get off are realized by machines,and no human operation is needed on the production line.
