露天矿山开采配矿方案的经济效益分析与应用 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高矿产开采经济效益和尽快回收投资,根据冶炼工艺冶炼厂要求矿石镍品位≥1.6%,尽可能提高前期出矿品位,因此需将2个矿区不同矿层的矿石进行配矿开采以满足供矿品位的要求,通过不同采掘区域的合理搭配,运用Surpac建立矿山地质模型,运用距离幂次反比法进行品位空间插值,并初步确定采掘区域分布,然后应用Minesched软件进行多方案生产计划编制,选择满足矿山生产能力和冶炼品位要求、NPV最大的方案为最优方案。 In order to improve the mining economy and recovery of investment as soon as possible,in accordance with the requirements of smelting process smelting ore grade of Ni 1.6%or higher,increase the ore grade in early process,the two different seam mining ore mining ore matching to satisfy the demand of feed grade,through the reasonable collocation of different mining area,using Surpac mine geology model is established,using distance power inverse ratio method,grade space interpolation,and the primary mining area distribution,and then in Minesched software package more production planning,the optimal scheme is the one that meets the requirements of mine production capacity and smelting grade and has the largest NPV.
