煤矿采空区膏体充填相关技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了强化对煤矿采空区膏体充填相关技术的理解,系统介绍了采空区膏体充填技术与充填机理,从胶凝材料、充填骨料、外加剂三方面介绍了充填材料的情况及其配比,并从泌水率、坍落度、可泵时间三方面介绍了充填料浆的输送性。最后指出煤矿采空区的膏体充填法是安全绿色的开采方法,可以提高资源的开采率,消除地表塌陷隐患,提高开采效率,从而显著提高煤矿企业的经济效益和社会效益,有很强的推广使用价值。 In order to strengthen the understanding of the coal mine goaf paste filling related technologies,systematicly introduces the goaf filling paste filling technology and mechanism of the gelled material,filling aggregate,admixture,introduces the situation of the packing material and the ratio of three aspects,and from exudation rate,slump,pumping time of three aspects of the filling pulp conveying are introduced.At last,it is pointed out that paste filling method in goaf is a safe and green mining method,which can improve the mining rate of resources,eliminate the hidden danger of surface collapse,improve the mining efficiency,and thus significantly improve the economic and social benefits of coal mining enterprises,and has a strong value of popularization and use.
