情景模拟教学法在口腔内科学临床前教育中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨情景模拟教学法在口腔内科学临床前教育中的应用效果。方法选取同济大学附属口腔医学院2018年入学的一年级研究生以及2018年即将在同济大学附属口腔医院参加住院医师规范化培训的学生共30人(皆为各高校口腔医学院应届毕业生)作为研究对象,2018年8—12月参与情景模拟教学项目,于2019年7—9月学生进入口腔内科系统实习3个月后评价教学效果。比较教学前后学生的理论和技能成绩、投诉情况及学生对教学的满意度。结果情景模拟教学后学生的理论成绩和技能成绩均高于教学前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调查结果显示,学生对情景模拟教学各方面的满意度均较高。情景模拟教学后,学生进入口腔内科临床实践前3个月内投诉患者人次占比低于未经情景模拟教学的学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟教学法应用于口腔内科学临床前教学中能一定程度上提高学生的沟通能力与病案分析能力,有助于减少医患纠纷,值得进一步深入研究与推广。 Objective To investigate the application effect of situational simulation teaching method in preclinical education of oral medicine.Methods A total of 30 first-year graduate students enrolled in 2018 in the Affiliated Stomatology Hospital of Tongji University and the students who participated in the standardized training of resident doctors in 2018 in the Affiliated Stomatology Hospital of Tongji University(all of them were fresh graduated from stomatological schools of colleges and universities)were selected as the research objects.From August to December 2018,the students participated in the scenario simulation teaching project.From July to September 2019,students were evaluated after 3 months of internship in the oral medicine system.Students'academic and technical achievements,complaints before and after teaching and teaching satisfaction were compared.Results The scores of theory and skills of students after scenario simulation teaching were higher than those before teaching,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The survey results showed that students'satisfaction with all aspects of situational simulation teaching was high.After situational simulation teaching,the proportion of patients who complained was lower than that of students who had not received situational simulation teaching within 3 months before entering the clinical practice of stomatology department,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of situational simulation teaching method in pre-clinical teaching of oral medicine can improve students'communication ability and medical record analysis ability to a certain extent,which is helpful to reduce doctor-patient disputes,and is worthy of further research and promotion.
