摘要
目的探究桥本甲状腺炎合并甲状腺功能减退症患者在常规治疗方案基础上联合中医治疗的临床效果。方法选取辽宁中医药大学附属医院收治的90例桥本甲状腺炎合并甲状腺功能减退症患者为研究对象,时间为2017年1月至2020年6月,随机数字表法分组,每组45例,对照组采用左甲状腺素钠片、硒酵母片治疗,观察组采用左甲状腺素钠片、硒酵母片联合海藻玉壶汤加减疗法治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果两组治疗前FT3、FT4、TSH、TGAb、TPOAb差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过治疗后,观察组FT3、FT4高于对照组,TSH、TGAb、TPOAb低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对桥本甲状腺炎合并甲状腺功能减退症患者在常规治疗基础上联合海藻玉壶汤加减治疗可提高治疗效果,改善甲状腺功能,降低甲状腺自身抗体水平。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment in patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis and hypothyroidism on the basis of conventional treatment plans.Methods From January 2017 to June 2020,90 patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis combined with hypothyroidism in Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were treated as the research objects.They were divided into groups by random number table,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets and selenium yeast yablets.The observation group was treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets,selenium yeast tablets and haizao yuhu decoction.Comparison of treatment effects between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in FT3,FT4,TSH,TGAb,and TPOAb between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,FT3 and FT4 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and TSH,TGAb and TPOAb were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis and hypothyroidism,combined with haizao yuhu decoction on the basis of conventional treatment can improve the therapeutic effect,improve thyroid function,and reduce the level of thyroid autoantibodies.
