摘要
随着"一带一路"倡议的提出,我国港口业迎来了新的发展机遇和挑战,其发展的关键问题是如何提升港口竞争力。在综合考虑我国沿海港口内外经营环境和航线网络的基础上,采用熵权TOPSIS分析和复杂网络分析两种方法对我国沿海18个主要港口的竞争力进行评价和比较。结果表明,两种评价结果中各港口综合排名虽大致相同,但能更加全面反映各个港口的竞争力。上海港、宁波—舟山港、深圳港在港口内外条件和航线网络中均具有很强的竞争力,是"一带一路"建设的重要枢纽。而竞争力较弱的湛江港、珠海港、汕头港,可以通过改善投资环境和港口作业能力提升其竞争力。
With the proposing of"Belt and Road Initiative",the port industry in China faces new opportunities and challenges.The key issue is how to improve the competitiveness of our seaports.This paper selected 18 major coastal ports in China as samples by considering the internal and external operation environment and shipping network position,then evaluated the ports competitiveness comprehensively based on Entropy-TOPSIS and complex network analysis.The empirical results show that the rankings of the ports in the two methods are roughly the same but the competitiveness of each port is more comprehensively reflected.Shanghai port,Ningbo-zhoushan port and Shenzhen port are highly competitive in terms of both internal and external conditions and shipping network position,which are important hub ports in the implementation of"Belt and Road Initiative".However,Zhanjiang port,Zhuhai port and Shantou port are less competitive,their competitiveness can be improvedby enhancing the investment environment and operating capacity of terminals.
