摘要
当前,随着我国经济水平的发展饲料企业劳资关系面临着低技能劳动力较为短缺、饲料行业员工人员流动性较大、不同工薪阶层收入差距持续扩大、生产实践过程中劳动参与率较低等突出问题。现代化背景下饲料企业劳资管理的发展变化是基于我国国民经济发展水平、不同阶段生产资料分配方式、劳动实践过程中劳动力的供需关系等相关因素共同作用的结果,如何更好的平衡现代化背景下饲料企业劳资关系发展模式,以及通过分析劳资关系的演进逻辑预测未来饲料企业劳资关系发展趋势成为本文的研究重点。
At present,with the development of China's economic level,the labor relations of feed enterprises are facing some prominent problems,such as the shortage of low skilled labor force,the large mobility of employees in feed industry,the continuous expansion of income gap between different wage earners,and the low labor participation rate in the process of production practice.Under the background of modernization,the development and change of labor management in feed enterprises is the result of the joint action of related factors,such as the development level of China's national economy,the mode of distribution of means of production in different stages,and the supply-demand relationship of labor force in the process of labor practice.How to better balance the development mode of labor capital relationship in feed enterprises under the background of modernization,and through the analysis of the evolution logic of labor relations It will be the focus of this paper to measure the development trend of labor relations in feed enterprises in the future.
