摘要
目的探究微创旋切术治疗乳腺炎性疾病伴脓肿形成患者的临床效果及对术后并发症、康复情况的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2019年12月于本院诊治的84例乳腺炎性疾病伴脓肿形成患者为研究对象,按手术方式不同将其分为对照组和研究组,每组42例。对照组开展常规切开引流术治疗,研究组开展微创旋切术治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的手术时间、治愈时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,切口瘢痕长度小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的体温恢复正常时间、引流管留置时间短于对照组,满意度评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创旋切术治疗乳腺炎性疾病伴脓肿形成,可在提高患者治疗效果的同时促进疾病康复,且临床安全性较高,值得应用和推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive rotary surgery in the treatment of patients with mastitis complicated with abscess formation and its influences on postoperative complications and rehabilitation.Methods A total of 84 patients with mastitis complicated with abscess formation diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and study group according to different surgical methods,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional incision and drainage,while the study group was treated with minimally invasive rotary surgery.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and healing time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the length of incision scar was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The body temperature recovery time and indwelling time of drainage tube in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the satisfaction score was higher than that in the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive rotary surgery in the treatment of patients with mastitis complicated with abscess formation can improve the treatment effect and promote the recovery of the disease,with higher clinical safety,it is worthy of application and promotion.
