可拆换式减压井技术在阳新长江干堤整险工程中的应用

摘要 2016年汛期,阳新长江干堤堤内发生管涌险情,汛后为整治险情提升堤基抗渗性能,新建了一批减压井消减堤基承压水头。结合在阳新长江干堤整险工程中实施的新型可拆换式减压井工程,讨论其关键技术和施工工艺,持续跟踪监测2017年、2020年汛期减压井排水量。监测结果表明,汛期减压井工程排水减压效果明显,该减压井历经4个洪水年未见明显淤堵,延缓了淤堵进程,避免了险情发生。通过数值模拟方法分析堤基渗流场分布特征,结果表明:减压井实施前后堤脚处下伏承压水头消减3m以上,4年后承压水头消减2.6m,2016年的管涌险情处地基抗浮安全系数提高34%以上。可拆换式减压井技术在阳新长江干堤整险加固工程中起到显著的排水减压作用,可为类似工程的设计和施工提供参考。 A batch of relief Wells were built to reduce the confined water head of dike foundation and improve the impervious capacity of dike foundation after the flood season of 2016,which Yangxin Yangtze River main dike occurred piping danger.The paper summarizes and discusses the key technology and construction technology of the new detachable relief well project in Yangxin Yangtze River embankment.The relief Wells in flood season have obvious drained and relieved with tracking and monitoring the displacement of relief Wells in flood season in 2017 and 2020・After four flood years,there is no obvious silting in the new detachable relief Wells,which delays the silting process and inhibits the occurrence of dangerous situations.The distribution characteristics of seepage field of embankment foundation are analyzed by numerical simulation method.The results show that the reduction of the confined water head at the dike foot before and after the relief well implementation is more than 3m,and the reduction of the confined water head after four years is 2.6m,and the anti-floating safety factor at the topographic depression of the pipe gusher is increased by more than 34%.Dismountable relief well technology plays a significant role in the drainage and decompression of Yangxin Yangtze River main dike consolidation project,and has good anti-silting property,which can provide reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
