青海第二条直流接入系统方案及安全稳定特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 为贯彻国家能源发展战略及习近平总书记视察青海重要讲话精神,立足青海省能源资源优势,加快推进青海清洁能源示范省建设,大力开发海西千万千瓦级清洁能源基地,需开展青海第二条特高压直流外送方案研究。通过开展电网短路比及安全稳定特性研究,提出了青海第二条直流接入系统的方案,指出了青海第二条直流接入系统后电网面临的新问题,即直流近区母线和新能源电站的暂态过电压问题,提出了配备燃气机组或加装分布式调相机的解决方案。 In order to implement the National Energy Development Strategy and the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech during his visit to Qinghai,and based on the superiority of Qinghai’s energy resources,speed up the construction of Qinghai’s clean energy demonstration province,in order to develop Hai xi prefecture tenmegawatt clean energy base,the second UHV DC transmission project in Qinghai should be studied.Based on the study of short circuit ratio and safety and stability of power grid,this paper puts forward the scheme of the second DC access system in Qinghai,and points out the new problems faced by the power grid after the second DC access system in Qinghai,that is,the transient over voltage problem of the DC near zone bus and the new energy power station.
