摘要
本文依据测量不确定度的评定原理和方法,通过气相色谱法测定工业三乙醇胺含量的实例,分析了不确定度的来源,建立不确定度数学模型。对三乙醇胺测定值不确定度的各种影响因素进行讨论,同时对扩展不确定度、合成标准不确定度及相对标准不确定度分量进行评定,通过评定看出,校准仪器和重复操作是影响不确定度的主要原因。
This paper was based on the method and principle of uncertainty evaluation,through the example of determination of industrial triethanolamines by gas chromatography,the source of uncertainty was established.Some factors influencing the uncertainty of the test results of industrial triethanolamine’s content were discussed.The components of related standard uncertainty,combined standard uncertainty,and expanded uncertainty were calculated.The results showed that evaluation of uncertainty for determination of industrial triethanolamine’s content by gas chromatography was mainly due to measurement repeatability and instrument calibration.
