摘要
本文主要介绍了长输油气管道全自动焊的特点及常见自动焊焊接方法,对比分析了几种常见自动焊焊接工艺及焊接设备的特点,并详细说明了焊接施工过程中的技术要求,最后通过介绍某天然气长输管道的自动焊施工应用情况及典型的机组配置,给类似长输油气管道项目的施工提供一定的参考意义。
This paper mainly introduces the characteristics and common automatic welding methods of long-distance oil and gas pipeline,compares and analyzes the characteristics of several common automatic welding processes and welding equipment,and explains the technical requirements in the welding construction process in detail.Finally,it introduces the application of automatic welding in a long-distance natural gas pipeline and typical unit configuration,which provides a certain reference for the construction of similar long-distance oil and gas pipeline projects.
