摘要 现阶段,随着我国社会经济的飞速发展,煤矿资源开采工程的发展也有了很大的提高。集约化、大型化已经成为当前煤矿生产的主要发展方向,其中小型煤矿不断的兼并、重组、技改,以及国营企业、大型民营企业对于大型煤矿资源开采的投入力度也在不断增大。开采煤矿运输的距离越来越长,煤矿机电运输系统变得越来越复杂。因此,需要严格执行、提升完善运输管理规定和制度。 At present,with the rapid development of China's social economy,the development of coal mining projects has also been greatly improved.Intensive and large-scale coal mine production has become the main development direction at present,in which small coal mines are constantly merged,reorganized and reformed,and the investment of state-owned enterprises and large private enterprises in large-scale coal mine resource exploitation is also increasing.The distance of mining coal transportation is getting longer and longer,and the electromechanical transportation system of coal mine becomes more and more complex.Therefore,it is necessary to strictly implement,upgrade and improve the transportation management regulations and systems.
