摘要
伴随着国家间跨境资本的流动性增大,开放资本账户已经成为经济全球化进程中的重要内容。以美国为首的西方国家不断挑起争端,贸易摩擦热度不减,认清资本账户开放是一把“双刃剑”是必要的。它在优化全球金融资源配置、为国家或地区提供充足的发展资本和机会的同时,也给经济造成了负面影响。基于此,本文通过分析资本账户开放的原因,总结开放资本账户的条件和利弊,提出相应的对策措施,以期为我国在应对摩擦带来挑战的同时,稳步开放资本账户提供一定参考。
With the increase of cross-border capital mobility between countries,opening up the capital account has become an important content in the process of economic globalization.Western countries,led by the United States,continue to provoke disputes and trade frictions are not diminishing.It is necessary to recognize that capital account liberalization is a“double-edged sword”.While optimizing the allocation of global financial resources and providing countries or regions with sufficient development capital and opportunities,it also has a negative impact on the economy.Based on this,this article analyzes the reasons for capital account opening,summarizes the conditions and advantages and disadvantages of capital account opening,and proposes corresponding countermeasures,hoping to provide a reference for my country to steadily open capital account while coping with the challenges brought about by frictions.
