VEGF及HIF-1α在小儿鼻咽部横纹肌肉瘤中的表达及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)在小儿鼻咽部横纹肌肉瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法选取经病理学确诊的小儿鼻咽部横纹肌肉瘤31例作为研究对象,对VEGF及HIF-1α表达与患儿临床病理特征及预后的关系进行分析。结果31例小儿鼻咽部横纹肌肉瘤中,VEGF表达阳性率为71.0%(22/31)、HIF-1α表达阳性率为67.7%(21/31)。VEGF表达阳性与表达阴性的患儿病理类型、分化程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),临床分期、淋巴结转移差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HIF-1α表达阳性与表达阴性的患儿病理类型、分化程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),临床分期、淋巴结转移差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VEGF与HIF-1α的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。VEGF及HIF-1α表达阳性的患儿1、2年随访生存率均略低于表达阴性组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿鼻咽部横纹肌肉瘤中VEGF及HIF-1α表达阳性率均较高,与临床分期、淋巴结转移密切相关,并且VEGF及HIF-1α两者的表达呈正相关,具有较高的一致性,VEGF及HIF-1α对小儿鼻咽部横纹肌肉瘤患儿的诊治、预后判断有一定的临床意义。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)in nasopharyngeal rhabdomyosarcoma in children.Methods 31 cases of nasopharyngeal rhabdomyosarcoma in children diagnosed by pathology were selected as the research objects,all of them had successfully completed 2 years of follow-up,the relationship between the expression of VEGF and HIF-1α and the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of children were analyzed.Results In 31 cases of nasopharyngeal rhabdomyosarcoma in children,the positive rate of VEGF expression was 71.0%(22/31),and the positive rate of HIF-1α expression was 67.7%(21/31).There was no statistically significant difference in pathological type and degree of differentiation between children with positive and negative VEGF expression(P>0.05),and there was statistically significant difference in clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in pathological type and degree of differentiation between children with positive and negative HIF-1α expression(P>0.05),and there was statistically significant difference in clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The expression of VEGF and HIF-1α was positively correlated(P<0.05).The survival rates of 1 and 2 year followed-up in children with positive VEGF and HIF-1α expression were slightly lower than those with negative expression,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The positive rates of VEGF and HIF-1α expression in nasopharyngeal rhabdomyosarcoma in children are both high,they are closely related to clinical stage and lymph node metastasis,and the expressions of VEGF and HIF-1α are positively correlated and have a high consistency,they have certain clinical significance for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of children with rhabdomyosarcoma in nasopharynx.
