摘要
目的探讨胃癌患者全腹腔镜全胃切除手术治疗的有效性及对患者并发症发生的影响。方法选取胃癌患者82例,随机数字表法分为两组,对照组应用开腹全胃切除术治疗,研究组应用全腹腔镜全胃切除手术治疗。比较两组并发症发生率、各项手术指标、血清肿瘤标志物水平。结果研究组吻合口出血、肠梗阻、吻合口狭窄、感染并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后住院时间、首次排期时间、术中出血量、切口长度均低于对照组(P<0.05),手术时间长于对照组(P<0.05);研究组CA50、CA19-9、CEA均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者治疗过程当中,全腹腔镜全胃切除手术治疗效果理想,有效降低并发症的发生,增加有效性,临床上应当进一步推广应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of total laparoscopic gastrectomy for gastric cancer and its influence on complications.Methods 82 patients with gastric cancer were divided into 2 groups by random digital table method.The control group was treated by open total gastrectomy and the study group was treated by total laparoscopic total gastrectomy.The incidence of complications,the surgical indexes and the level of tumor markers were compared.Results The incidence of bleeding,obstruction,stenosis of anastomotic port and complication of infection in the study group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The length of hospitalization,first schedule,bleeding and incision length in the study group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The operation time was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05);Research group CA50,CA19-9.CEA was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of gastric cancer patients,the whole laparoscopic total gastrectomy has a good effect,it effectively reduces the occurrence of complications and increases the effectiveness.It should be further applied in clinical.
