摘要
目的分析降压保健操联合中医特色护理治疗社区老年高血压的效果。方法选取2019年3月—2020年3月太原市某两个社区100例患者,按区分成2组,观察组采用降压保健操联合中医特色护理干预,对照组使用传统护理模式,分别观察2组患者的血压变化及整体满意度并进行比较。结果干预前,2组血压差异不显著;干预后,观察组患者血压优于对照组(P<0.05),满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医特色护理结合降压保健操对社区老年高血压患者具有积极作用。
Objective To analyze the effect of antihypertensive health exercise combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in the treatment of elderly hypertension in community.Methods Between March 2019 and March 2020,100 cases of patients in community in Taiyuan were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group used the step-down exercises combined traditional Chinese medicine characteristics nursing care.The control group used the traditional nursing mode.Blood pressure change and overall satisfaction were observed and compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in blood pressure.After intervention,the blood pressure of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing combined with antihypertensive health exercise has positive effect on the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension in community.
