摘要
目的分析对糖尿病视网膜病变患者基于温肾助阳理论应用中药雾化联合穴位按摩治疗的临床价值。方法抽选2019年1月—2020年6月收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者80例,根据纳入标准筛选后分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组患者给予常规西医治疗,观察组患者基于温肾助阳理论给予中药雾化联合穴位按摩治疗。评价及对比2组的疗效、治疗前后视力、眼底病变积分、中医证候积分。结果观察组的总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05);观察组的视力高于对照组,眼底病变积分、中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病视网膜病变患者基于温肾助阳理论应用中药雾化联合穴位按摩治疗,可改善眼底病变,促使视力提高,治疗优势明显,是一种理想的治疗选择,值得临床开展。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of TCM atomization combined with acupoint massage therapy for diabetic retinopathy patients based on the theory of“warming kidney and helping yang”.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected.After screening according to the inclusion criteria,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine treatment,and patients in the observation group were treated with TCM atomization combined with acupoint massage based on the theory of“warming kidney and helping yang”.The efficacy,visual acuity,fundus lesions score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups before and after treatment was evaluated and compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%which was higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).The visual acuity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of fundus lesions and TCM syndromes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM atomization combined with acupoint massage therapy for diabetic retinopathy based on the theory of“warming kidney and helping yang”can improve the fundus lesions,promote the improvement of vision,and has obvious therapeutic advantages.Therefore,it is an ideal treatment choice and worthy of clinical development.
