摘要
痛风是体内嘌呤代谢紊乱而引发的,以反复发作的关节红、肿、热、痛为主症的一类疾病。当代中医多将痛风归纳为“痹病”进行辨证论治。其病因病机多为先天肾气不足,后天脾胃运化失调,水湿内蕴,继发痰湿,瘀血,湿热,湿毒所致,治疗应根据疾病不同时期而加以辨证施治。此文将历代医家对该病名的记载、病因病机、辨证分型及治法方药加以综述,为中医药治疗痛风提供合理参考。
Gout is a kind of disease of joint redness,swelling,heat and pain caused by metabolic disorder of purine in body.In modern traditional Chinese medicine,gout is usually classified as arthralgia disease and treated according to syndrome differentiation.The etiology and pathogenesis of the disease are congenital deficiency of kidney-qi,acquired imbalance of spleen-stomach transport,water-dampness,secondary phlegm-dampness,blood stasis,damp-heat and damp-toxin.This paper reviews the records of the disease name,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,treatment methods and medicines of the past dynasties,and provides a reasonable reference for the treatment of gout with traditional Chinese medicine.
