导流墩偏斜角度对侧向进水泵站前池整流效果的影响 被引量:13

Analysis of Deflection Angle of Diversion Piers on Flow Pattern in Side-intake Pumping Station

摘要 为改善某侧向进水泵站前池内存在的漩涡、偏流等不良流态,设置了多组偏斜导流墩方案,采用计算流体力学软件CFX模拟施加整流措施后的侧向进水泵站前池水流,以漩涡面积、斜流偏斜角度及回流规模作为评价依据对各方案进行评价比选。结果表明,随着导流墩角度增大,墩前漩涡逐渐减小,墩后漩涡缓慢增大,导流墩的最佳偏斜角度为12°。采用最优偏斜角度导流墩和曲型导流墩相结合的整流方案能够有效减小漩涡面积,大幅提升各进水流道断面流速均匀度和加权平均角,改善水泵的进水条件,为最优方案。 To improve the unfavorable flows,such as vortexes and flow deviation caused by side-intake in the forebay of a pumping station,multiple sets of deflection diversion piers were set up.The software CFX was used to simulate the flow of the forebay of the side-intake pump station after applying the rectification measures.The vortexes area,deflection angle of the oblique flow and reflow scale were taken as evaluation basis to select optimal scheme.The results show that as the angle of the diversion pier increases,the vortexes in front of the pier decreases,and the behind vortexes increases slowly,and the best deflection angle of the diversion pier is 12°.The optimal rectification scheme that the combination of the optimal angle diversion pier and the curved diversion pier can effectively reduce the vortexes area and promote the flow velocity uniformity and the weighted average angle of each inlet flow channel section,the water inlet condition of the pump is improved,which is the best scheme.
