摘要
文中论述了一种光学产品用氮气试验室系统的设计及实现。对于应用型光学环境试验室,通常面临试验环境空气中含有水蒸气和氧气带来的问题,试验过程中由于环境空间内温度的变化,空气中的水蒸气容易在光学试样表面结露,导致光学器件生锈、发霉、短路等问题,空气中的氧气容易使光学芯片等试样表面氧化;此外试验过程中试验室底板的振动也会影响试验结果的准确性。通过三年的试验验证,得出根据氮气的物理特性,配以特殊的箱体结构以及相应的应用软件及电气控制系统,设计的一种用于光学产品的氮气环境试验室,实现了在一定温湿度时氮气环境状态下的相关试验,有效避免以上问题的发生,使某光学研究所试验数据的准确性和试验效率提高了70%以上,人工成本降低了30%。
For the application-type optical environmental laboratory,it is usually faced with the problems caused by the water vapor and oxygen in the experimental environment.Due to the change of the internal temperature of the environmental space during the test,the water vapor in the air is easy to condense on the surface of the optical sheet.Optical devices are damaged,moldy,short-circuit and other problems.Oxygen in the air can easily oxidize the surface of optical chips.During the test,we have passed three years of test verification on the laboratory floor.According to the physical characteristics of nitrogen,it is equipped with special cabinet structure and the corresponding application software and electrical control system are designed as a nitrogen environment laboratory for optical products,which realizes related tests under a nitrogen environment at a certain temperature and humidity.It effectively avoids the occurrence of the above problems.The test data accuracy and the test efficiency of a certain optical research institute have been improved by more than 70%,and labor costs have been reduced by 30%.
