摘要
目的系统评价补阳还五汤治疗脑病的疗效,为中医药的临床应用提供循证医学的证据。方法通过计算机检索CNKI、万方、VIP、Pubmed、Embase、Cochrane Library,收集补阳还五汤(Buyang Huanwu decocation, BYHWT)对脑病的临床随机对照试验。严格按照纳入、排除标准进行文献筛选。以Cochrane协作网偏倚风险评价工具和GRADE系统推荐级方法,进行文献质量评价。运用Review Manager5.0软件合并数据,评价指标为RR、MD。结果共纳入21项研究,1946例患者。BYHWT单用或者与常规西药的联合在中风、多发性硬化、痴呆的治疗中,其有效率、NIHSS、ADL评分方面,均优于常规西药。纳入文献GRADE证据质量评级偏于中等。结论单用BYHWT或者联合西药治疗脑病,对肢体活动受限以及神经功能缺损、日常生活功能的恢复,疗效均优于常规西药治疗。
Objective Systematic evaluation of the efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of encephalopathy, and evidence-based medicine for the clinical application of Chinese medicine.Methods The computer-researched CNKI, WanFang, VIP Chinese scientific journal database, English database Pubmed, Embase, Cochrane Library, and collected randomized controlled trials of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on encephalopathy. Literatures screening through abstracts, keywords, and full text. The Cochrane Collaboration Network Risk Assessment Tool was used as a reference standard for literature quality evaluation.A Meta-analysis was conducted by using Review Manager5.0 software. Evaluation indicators RR, MD. Results A total of 21 studies were included in 1946 patients. Meta-analysis showed that Buyang Huanwu Decoction was effective in treating encephalopathy, stroke, multiple sclerosis and dementia, better than conventional western medicine treatment group.Funnel plots indicate publication bias. The included literature GRADE has a moderate evidence quality rating.Conclusion Therefore, BYHWT alone or combined with western medicine is more effective than conventional western medicine in the treatment of limited limb movement and recovery of daily life functions.
