摘要 越野滑雪训练多依赖于教练的主观判断和运动员的实际感受,缺乏有效的数据支撑.为了解越野滑雪运动员的体能分配和速度变化情况,设计了一种面向滑雪运动的多参量数据监测系统.多参量数据监测系统采用了低功耗设计理念,程序基于μC/OS-II嵌入式系统,以STM32L1系列低功耗单片机为控制核心,通过心率传感器、GNSS定位模块、惯性测量单元等传感器的数据,可获取运动员心率、运动轨迹、运动速率、滑行姿态等运动信息.数据通过蓝牙实时发送到手机移动端,之后通过手机传到服务器端,教练可以在电脑端观看运动员训练情况,指导运动员训练.该系统结构简单、工作可靠,可以获得滑雪运动员运动信息,适用于越野滑雪运动员状态的监测.实验结果表明,系统可以有效地监测运动员的运动情况,在运动员状态监测方面具有巨大优势. Cross-country skiing training mostly relies on the subjective judgment of the coach and the actual feelings of the athletes,but lacks effective data support.In order to understand the physical fitness distribution and speed changes of cross-country skiers,a multi-parameter data monitoring system for skiing was designed.The multi-parameter data monitoring system adopted a low-power design concept.The program was based on theμC/OS-II embedded system,with STM32L1series low-power single-chip microcomputer as the control core.Using the data of the heart rate sensor,GNSS positioning module,inertial measurement unit,the athlete’s heart rate,motion trajectory,motion rate and other motion information could be obtained.The data was sent to the mobile terminal of the mobile phone in real time through the Bluetooth,and then transmitted to the server through the mobile phone.The coach could watch the athletes’training situation on the computer side and guided the athletes in training.The system was simple in structure,reliable in work,could obtain sports information of skiers,and was suitable for monitoring the state of cross-country skiers.The experimental results show that the system can effectively monitor the athlete’s movement,and has a huge advantage in athlete state monitoring.
