摘要
目的研究分析移动云护理系统对临床护士工作效率及质量的影响。方法将2019年2月—2020年10月期间于我院接受治疗100例患者的完整医疗护理数据进行整理,依据护理模式不同分为对照组(n=49)和试验组(n=51),对照组给予常规信息系统护理,试验组采用移动云护理系统进行护理干预,比较两组护理效果、护理质量评分、处理护理项目平均用时、各项护理工作疏漏情况、患者满意度及健康知识知晓率。结果试验组护理效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组护理质量评分高于对照组(P <0.05),试验组处理护理项目平均用时短于对照组(P <0.05),试验组各项护理工作疏漏情况少于对照组(P <0.05)。试验组患者满意度及健康知识知晓率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论移动云护理系统可改善护理质量,提高护理效率,减少护理工作疏漏情况并提高患者满意度。
Objective To study and analyze the influence of mobile cloud nursing system on the work efficiency and quality of clinical nurses.Methods The complete medical and nursing data of 100 patients in our hospital from February 2019 to October 2020 were sorted out and divided into control group(n=49)and experimental group(n=51)according to different nursing modes.The control group was given routine information system nursing,and the experimental group was given mobile cloud nursing system for nursing intervention.The nursing effect,nursing quality score,average time to deal with nursing items,omissions of various nursing work,patient satisfaction and awareness rate of health knowledge were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of nursing quality in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the average time of nursing items in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the omission of nursing work in the experimental group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Patients’satisfaction and awareness rate of health knowledge in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mobile cloud nursing system can improve the quality of nursing,improve the efficiency of nursing,reduce nursing omissions and improve patient satisfaction.
