摘要
将传统文化融入老年开放教育是开放大学教育养老的必然需求。针对传统文化在老年教育中的融入现状,本文以太原开放大学为例,提出优秀传统文化融入老年开放教育的路径:建立结构合理的教师队伍,甄选适应老年人学习需求的教学内容,应用线上线下相衔接的老年教育新模式,将老年教育与社区教育有效融合等。
It is necessary for Open Universities to integrate Chinese traditional culture into their education for the aged to provide better service.In view of the current situation of the integration,take Taiyuan Open University as an example,viable paths are proposed,including establishment of well-structured teacher groups,selection of the teaching content to meet the learning needs of the aged,combination of the online and offline model of teaching and effective integration of old-age education and community education.
