摘要
目的分析2009-2019年内江市疑似预防接种异常反应(adverse events following immunization, AEFI)死亡病例特征。方法对AEFI监测系统中报告的2009-2019年内江市AEFI死亡个案数据,采用描述流行病学方法进行统计分析。结果 2009-2019年内江市共报告AEFI病例3 753例,其中一般反应3 366例(89.69%),异常反应245例(6.53%),偶合症128例(3.41%),心因性反应14例(0.37%);自2013年起,各项监测指标达到国家监测方案要求;2009-2019年共报告AEFI死亡病例5例,占报告病例总数的0.13%,且均为偶合症;其中,接种疫苗与出现反应时间间隔中位数为3 h 30 min,接种疫苗与死亡时间间隔中位数为25 h 40 min,死亡与报告时间间隔中位数为8 h 23 min。结论内江市AEFI监测敏感性逐年提升,反应分类以一般反应为主,死亡占比较低,且为偶合症,需加强幼儿家长预防接种相关知识的健康教育。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of death cases of adverse events following immunization(AEFI)in Neijiang from 2009 to 2019.Methods Descriptive epidemiology method was used to statistically analyze the data of AEFI death cases in Neijiang from 2009 to 2019 reported in AEFI monitoring system.Results A total of 3753 AEFI cases were reported in Neijiang from 2009 to 2019,including 3366 cases(89.69%)with general events,245 cases(6.53%)with abnormal events,128 cases(3.41%)with coupling symptoms,14 cases(0.37%)with psychogenic reaction;monitoring indexes met the requirements of China monitoring program since 2013.A total of 5 AEFI deaths were reported from 2009 to 2019,accounting for 0.13%of total cases reported,and all of such cases were coincident disease;median interval between vaccination and event occurrence hit 3 hours and 30 minutes,median interval between vaccination and death hit 25 hours and 40 minutes,and median time interval between death and report hit 8 hours and 23 minutes.Conclusion The sensitivity of AEFI monitoring in Neijiang increases year by year,the event classification is dominated with general event,the death rate is relatively low,and the dead cases were resulted from coincident disease.It is necessary to strengthen the health education on parents about for vaccination related knowledge.
