摘要
为探究氯丁胶在轨道车辆用粘接组件中VOC的释放情况,文章利用袋子法对地板组件、防寒材组件及它们的组成材料分别进行VOC测试。研究表明,在粘接组件制样初期,氯丁胶对其VOC的影响明显高于其它组成材料;而随着放置时间的延长(至少21d),氯丁胶对地板组件中VOC的影响程度要大于相应防寒材组件中的。
In order to explore the VOC release of neoprene in the bonding components for rail vehicles,this paper uses the bag method to conduct VOC tests on floor components,cold-proof components and their constituent materials.The result shows that the effect of neoprene adhesive on VOC in bonding components is significantly higher than that of other materials at the initial stage of sample preparation,and with the extension of storage time(at least 21 days),the effect of it on VOC in floor component is greater than that of cold-proof component.
