摘要
为了更好的检测人体血清中尿素含量,为临床医学病情诊断提供技术支持,本文提出ILD-LCMS/MS的人体血清尿素含量测定方法。对此,本研究在传统ID-GC/MS检测方法的基础上,结合同位素稀释质谱法对样品数据进行处理,从而保证数据处理的准确性。试验结果表明,该方法的回收率和精密度低,且线性范围和检出限在合理范围内。最后将测定的结果与血清标准物质浓度进行对比,总的相对偏差都低于1%,证实了该方法的可行性。
In order to better detect the urea content in human serum and provide technical support for clinical medicine and disease diagnosis,this paper proposes the ILD-LCMS/MS method for the determination of human serum urea.In this regard,this study is based on the traditional ID-GC/MS detection method,combined with isotope dilution mass spectrometry to process the sample data,so as to ensure the accuracy of data processing.The test results show that the recovery rate and precision of this method are low,and the linear range and detection limit are within a reasonable range.Finally,the results of the determination were coMPared with the concentration of serum standard substances,and the total relative deviation was less than 1%,which confirmed the feasibility of the method.
