摘要
玻璃纤维增强水泥是近些年来科研人员开发出来的一种新型的复合材料,它具有许多传统建筑用的水泥基体所不具备的优点,如抗弯、抗拉、质轻以及抗冲击等等,文章针对不同摻量的玻璃纤维增强水泥进行了建模分析,通过外加荷载使材料试件发生破坏,进而分析了其破坏的全过程,对各组试件的弯曲韧性、应变能进行了对比研究,最后发现当玻璃纤维增强水泥中的玻璃纤维摻量增加时,其抗弯强度会显著提高,且材料韧性大大增强,由此不难发现,当用更高玻璃纤维摻量的GRC制作建筑构件时,建筑构件的抗弯刚度也会更高,由此得出结论采用玻璃纤维摻量更高的增强水泥制成的连续墙的弯曲刚度更强。
Glass fiber reinforced cement is a new type of composite material developed by researchers in recent years.It has many advantages that the traditional cement matrix for building does not have,such as bending resistance,tensile strength,light weight and iMPact resistance,etc.,in this paper,we model and analyze the glass fiber reinforced cement with different dosage,and make the material test pieces break through the external load,and then the whole process of its destruction was analyzed.The bending toughness and strain energy of each group of specimens were coMPared and researched.Finally,it was found that when the content of glass fiber in the glass fiber reinforced cement increases,the flexural strength will be significantly improved,and the material toughness will be greatly enhanced.Therefore,it is not difficult to find that when the GRC with higher content of glass fiber is used to make building components,the flexural rigidity of building components will be significantly improved,which leads to the conclusion that a continuous wall made of reinforced cement with a higher content of glass fiber has stronger flexural rigidity.
