摘要
对目前制药行业比如复配中药、维生素等产品的制备方法进行分析对比,包括喷雾法、喷雾-沸腾制粒法、喷雾-干法制粒法、连续喷雾流化床一步微细丸,从成品品质、运行成本、运行稳定性综合考虑,指出连续喷雾流化床一步微细丸生产线是更合适的方法,其工艺路线为微米级液滴雾化-单微粒包覆-层叠造粒,实现从液态原料直接连续干燥成有大量微细毛孔的颗粒,在药效保持、颗粒强度、润湿性、分散性、热贮性、环保性、无粉尘性等性能上全面提高,也可加工出传统工艺加工不了的一些物料,优势更明显.
The preparation methods of the pharmaceutical industry,such as compound Chinese medicine and vitamins,are analyzed and compared,including spray method,spray drying and fluid-bed granulation method,spray drying and dry granulation method and continuous spray fluidized bed one step pellets.Considering the finished product quality,operation cost and operation stability,it is pointed out that continuous spray fluidized bed one step pellets production line is a more appropriate method.The process route is micron droplet atomization-single particle coating-coating granulation,which realizes the direct and continuous drying from liquid raw materials particles to particles with a large number of micro pores.The performance of maintaining efficacy,particle strength,wettability,dispersibility,heat storage performance,environmental protection and dust-free is comprehensively improved.Some materials that can not be processed by traditional process can also be processed,and the advantages are more obvious.
