六安市公共场所从业人员呼吸系统感觉或症状状况及其影响因素分析 被引量:3

Analysis on respiratory sensation or symptom and corresponding influencing factors among workers from public places in Lu′an

摘要 目的了解六安市公共场所从业人员的呼吸系统状况,并对其影响因素进行分析。方法采用简单随机抽样方法于2019年5-12月对六安市公共场所从业人员进行问卷调查,运用多因素Logistic回归方法分析从业人员呼吸系统状况影响因素。结果共计调查50家公共场所564名从业人员,最近一月没有呼吸系统不良感觉或症状332人(58.87%),最近一月有呼吸系统不良感觉或症状232人(41.13%)。多因素Logistic回归分析:工龄6~10年(OR=0.106,95%CI:0.015~0.749)、积极主动接受卫生培训(OR=3.469,95%CI:1.117~10.773)、工作时主动戴防护用品(OR=2.956,95%CI:1.529~5.713)是公共场所从业人员呼吸系统不良感觉或症状发生的保护因素。工作环境中缺少光照(OR=0.332,95%CI:0.145~0.762)、有消毒剂等异味(OR=6.600,95%CI:3.141~13.867)、通风效果较差(OR=4.806,95%CI:1.787~12.925)是公共场所从业人员呼吸系统不良感觉或症状发生的危害因素。工作岗位中工程技术岗位(OR=0.322,95%CI:0.109~0.949)、管理岗位(OR=0.427,95%CI:0.212~0.860)呼吸系统不良感觉或症状发生率高于选项中的其他选项。场所类型中宾馆(OR=5.888,95%CI:1.019~34.013)、游泳馆(OR=22.744,95%CI:2.208~234.243)、理发场所(OR=9.671,95%CI:1.147~81.537)呼吸系统不良感觉或症状发生率低于侯车室。结论六安市公共场所从业人员呼吸系统不良感觉或症状发生率较高,工作场所环境应从光照、消毒剂等异味和通风效果方面加以关注,并应加强对工龄长、工程技术岗位、管理岗位和侯车室从业人员呼吸系统的关注,且应加强个人防护和卫生知识培训。 Objective To understand the respiratory system status of practitioners from public places in Lu′an City and analyze the influencing factors.Methods A simple random sampling method was used to conduct the questionnaire survey among practitioners from public places in Lu′an City from May to December 2019,and multivariate Logistic regression method was used to analyze the influencing factors of respiratory system status of practitioners.Results A total of 564 practitioners from 50 public places were surveyed,332(58.87%)practitioners had no adverse respiratory sensations or symptoms in the last month,and 232(41.13%)practitioners had adverse respiratory sensations or symptoms in the last month.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis:the length of service 6–10 years(OR=0.106,95%CI:0.015–0.749),active acceptance of health training(OR=3.469,95%CI:1.117–10.773)and active wearing of protective equipment while working(OR=2.956,95%CI:1.529–5.713)were protective factors for practitioners of adverse respiratory sensations or symptoms in public place.Lack of light(OR=0.332,95%CI:0.145–0.762),odor including the disinfectant(OR=6.600,95%CI:3.141–13.867),and poor ventilation effect(OR=4.806,95%CI:1.787–12.925)in the work environment were hazard factors for the occurrence of adverse respiratory sensations or symptoms in practitioners from public places.The incidence of adverse respiratory sensations or symptoms was higher in engineering and technical positions of the job position(OR=0.322,95%CI:0.109–0.949),and management posts(OR=0.427,95%CI:0.212–0.860)than in other options.The incidence of adverse respiratory sensations or symptoms was lower in hotels(OR=5.888,95%CI:1.019–34.013),swimming pools(OR=22.744,95%CI:2.208–234.243),and hairdressing places(OR=9.671,95%CI:1.147-81.537)than in waiting rooms in the type of places.Conclusion The incidence of respiratory system adverse sensation or symptoms is high in practitioners from public places in Lu′an.The peculiar smell and ventilation effect of light,disinfectants,etc.in the workplace environment should be noted,the respiratory systems of practitioners with long working age,engineering technology post,management post and waiting rooms should be cared,and the trainings on personal protection and hygiene knowledge should be strengthened.
