摘要
通过对板式定制家具揉单排产基本情况进行调研,分析归纳企业资源计划系统(ERP)和制造执行系统(MES)下影响揉单排产效率的主要因素。结合目标企业的揉单排产实际需求,提出基于ERP和MES系统信息交互的揉单排产技术方案,主要针对揉单排产流程和数据同步进行设计。该技术在目标企业的应用中提升了揉单排产的效率,可为板式定制家具企业的揉单排产规划提供借鉴。
Based on an investigation of current status of scheduling production of customized panelfurniture, the authors analyzed the main factors that affected the scheduling efficiency under the enterprise resource planning(ERP) and manufacturing execution system(MES). Combined with the actual target of the furniture manufacturer, a mixing and scheduling technology based on information interaction between ERP and MES, which was mainly designed for scheduling process and data synchronization, was proposed. When applying the technology in a production line, the efficiency and accuracy of scheduling production were improved. It was expected to provide references for customized panel-furniture manufacturers to make a mixing and scheduling production plan.
