摘要 概述了木塑复合材料(WPCs)的制造技术及应用现状,讨论了WPCs制品在应用中因关注一般性能忽略特殊性能导致的低附加值的问题。分析了场景化设计(SBD)方法在WPCs制品开发与应用中的可行性和必要性。最后在分析典型案例的基础上,阐述了SBD方法在WPCs制品中的具体应用,提出了基于SBD方法的WPCs功能化的开发思路、方向和途径。基于SBD方法指导WPCs制品的功能化开发,可为高附加值WPCs制品的设计和利用提供参考。 The manufacturing technology and application status of wood-plastic composites(WPCs)were summarized. The low-value characteristics caused by paying much attention to the general properties and ignoring the special properties in the application of WPCs were discussed. The scenariobased design(SBD) method was applied. The feasibility and necessity of the application of the SBD method in the development of WPCs products were summarized. By analyzing the typical cases, the concrete application of the SBD method in WPCs was expounded;the suggestion on the functional development of WPCs based on the SBD method was proposed;the trend and approaches of functional development were stated. Based on the SBD method to guide the functional development of WPCs products, it provides a reference for the high value-added design and application of WPCs products.
