摘要
教育叙事研究是通过教育故事的讲述来呈现日常的教育经验和教育事实,通过对教育故事的反思来进行教育经验重组和教育意义发现、与他人实现经验交流和意义共享的一种研究方式,已被中小学教师用来生成个人实践知识以及形成教育实践共同体,最终实现专业发展。为了更好地通过教育叙事研究来助推专业成长,中小学教师需要具备广阔的学科视野和丰厚的知识基础,在秉持整体性和典型性的教育事件和故事情节相结合的基础上来展现不同主体的经验,完成复杂教育事实的本真呈现。经由对复杂教育事实的深度描述,对教育经验的深度和开放性诠释可以确保对教育意义的发现、相互间的经验交流和意义共享,以及教育实践共同体的形成,最终实现专业发展。
Narrative research in education is a kind of narrative research in which the daily educational experience and facts are represented in educational stories, and through the reflection of the educational story, we can recombine the educational experience and discover the educational meaning, and realize the experience exchange and the meaning sharing with others. It has been used by primary and secondary schools’ teachers to generate their own practical knowledge, and to form the educational practical community, and ultimately to realize their professional development. In order to promote their professional development through educational narrative research better, primary and secondary school teachers need to have a broad disciplinary perspective and a rich knowledge base, then present the experiences of different subjects to complete the true presentation of complex educational facts on the basis of the integration of the integral and typical educational events and story plots. Through an in-depth description of the complex educational facts, an in-depth and open interpretation of educational experience can ensure the discovery of educational meaning、the exchange of experience and the sharing of meaning among other teachers and the formation of educational practice community and finally ensure their professional development.
