变电站现场检修风险可视化管控模式研究 被引量:4

摘要 对变电站内设备进行定期维护,设备缺陷进行及时处理,是保障电网平稳运行的重要环节。在现场对设备进行检修、消缺作业的过程中,检修人员需要直接接触高压设备进行作业,通常站内设备的运行情况又较为复杂,客观上使检修作业存在较高的危险性。本文就变电站现场检修所面临的管控风险进行分析,提出了一套可视化的风险管控模式,以提升变电检修作业风险的管控效率,保障变电检修工作安全、有序的开展。 Regular maintenance of substation equipment and timely treatment of equipment defects are important links to ensure the smooth operation of power grid.In the process of on-site maintenance and deficiency elimination of equipment,maintenance personnel need to directly contact high-voltage equipment for operation.Generally,the operation of equipment in the station is relatively complex,which objectively causes high risk of maintenance operation.This paper analyzes the management and control risks faced by the on-site maintenance of substations,and proposes a set of visual risk management and control mode,in order to improve the management and control efficiency of the risk of substation maintenance operation and ensure the safe and orderly development of the substation maintenance work.
