摘要
研制了一种非热压罐(OOA)成型耐热环氧复合材料用中温固化高温使用环氧树脂,对树脂进行流变性能、凝胶时间和差示量热(DSC)分析,确定预浸料制备工艺和固化工艺。采用热熔法制备OOA成型用预浸料,通过OOA法、模压法和热压罐法成型复合材料层合板,采用不同工艺参数固化和后处理,进行玻璃化转变温度和力学性能测试。结果表明:OOA成型预浸料的复合材料性能与模压法和热压罐法成型复合材料性能相当。OOA成型预浸料可以135℃固化,也可以150℃固化。后处理后玻璃化转变温度会进一步提高,力学性能与高温固化环氧树脂复合材料相当。
A kind of epoxy prepreg with medium curing temperature and high service temperature based on OOA(non-autoclave)was developed.The rheological properties,gel time and DSC analysis of the resin were carried out to determine the curing process of the resin.The OOA molding prepreg was prepared by hot melt method,and the composite material plate was formed by a vacuum bag method to perform performance test.The results showed that the properties of composite using the developed epoxy prepreg based on OOA molding was equivalent to those manufactured using molding and autoclave technology.The developed OOA epoxy prepreg can be cured at 135℃,and also at 150℃.And the glass transition temperature of the composite was increased after post processing.The mechanical properties of the composites using the developed epoxy properg was equivalent to the high temperature cured epoxy composite.
