纳米银及抗菌胶乳的绿色合成

Green synthesis of silver nanoparticle and antibacterial latex

摘要 以D-葡萄糖为还原剂,植酸钠(SP)为稳定剂,原位制备出植酸钠-银纳米粒子(SP-AgNPs);将其与天然胶乳(NR)共混,制得抗菌胶乳。采用紫外分光光度计、X射线衍射仪等手段对所制备的样品进行了表征。结果表明:SP具有良好的稳定性作用,制得的纳米银(AgNPs)为球形,粒径约为5~12nm;采用大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌对样品的抗菌性能进行评价,SP-AgNPs具有优异的抗菌性能;改性后的天然胶乳具有良好的抑菌效果,且热稳定性提高。 Sodium phytate-silver nanoparticles(SP-AgNPs)were prepared in situ using D-glucose as a reducing agent and sodium phytate(SP)as a stabilizer,and it was blended with natural rubber latex(NR)to obtain antibacterial latex.The prepared samples were characterized by UV-Vis spectrophotometer and X-ray diffraction etc.The results confirmed that SP had a good stability effect,and the prepared silver nanoparticles(AgNPs)were spherical with a particle size of about 5~12 nm.Ec.oli and S.aureus were used to evaluate the antibacterial performance of the samples,and SP-AgNPs had excellent antibacterial properties.The modified natural latex had good bacteriostatic effect and their thermal stability was improved.
