摘要
测量茄子果皮花青素含量的传统方法步骤繁琐、测量周期较长、试验耗材多,本课题组提出一种通过光谱扫描茄子果皮测定其花青素含量的新方法。以河北农业大学蔬菜育种试验基地的茄子果实作为试验材料,利用光谱仪扫描果皮获取其光谱反射率,使用pH示差法测量花青素含量,使用主成分分析,自适应重加权算法和连续投影算法对光谱数据进行降维处理,建立基于光谱反射率的茄子果皮花青素含量的预测模型(R^(2)=0.999),因此,利用光谱技术测定茄子果皮花青素含量具有可行性,为利用光谱快速测定茄子果皮花青提供理论基础。
The traditional method to measure the anthocyanin content of eggplant peel is complicated,the measurement cycle is long,and there are many test consumables.This study proposes a new method to determine the anthocyanin content of eggplant peel by spectral scanning.In this research,eggplant fruit from vegetable breeding experimental base of Hebei Agricultural University was used as experimental material,and spectral reflectance of eggplant peel was obtained by spectrograph scanning.Anthocyanin content was measured by pH differential method.Principal component analysis,adaptive reweighting algorithm and continuous projection algorithm were used to reduce the dimension of spectral data.The prediction model(R^(2)=0.999)showed that it was feasible to determine the anthocyanin content in eggplant pericarp by spectroscopic method,which provided a theoretical basis for rapid determination of anthocyanin content in eggplant pericarp by spectroscopic method.
