摘要
本文以烧结的陶瓷透水砖,混凝土透水砖以及砂基透水砖为研究对象,选取五种不同材料的试样,分别进行了整体浸泡实验,单面浸泡实验,蒸发强度实验以及恒温恒湿下的吸湿实验,测定了多孔地板随时间的蒸发特性曲线,含湿量随时间的变化曲线,吸湿特性曲线,结果表明陶土材料烧结的陶瓷多孔地板保水性最好。测得混凝土透水砖蒸发强度为0.066 g/(cm^(2)·h),约为其它试件的6倍,陶瓷透水砖A最大的饱和质量含水率为14.78%,约为混凝土试件的3.5倍,最大吸湿速率为2.99 kg/(m^(2)·s^(0.5)),为混凝土试件的2.9倍,多孔吸湿地板的蒸发强度与吸湿速率呈负相关关系。
This paper takes the sintered ceramic permeable brick,concrete permeable brick and sand-based permeable brick as the research object,and selects five samples of different materials,respectively,for the overall immersion experiment,single-sided immersion experiment,evaporation strength experiment and constant temperature and humidity In the moisture absorption experiment,the evaporation curve,moisture content curve and moisture absorption curve of porous floor with time were measured.The results show that the ceramic porous floor sintered with clay material has the best water retention.The results show that the evaporation intensity of concrete permeable brick is 0.066 g/(cm^(2)·h),which is about 6 times of that of other specimens.The maximum saturated mass moisture content of ceramic permeable brick a is 14.78%,which is about 3.5 times of that of concrete specimen,and the maximum moisture absorption rate is 2.99 kg/(m^(2)·s^(0.5)),which is 2.9 times of that of concrete specimen.The evaporation intensity of porous moisture absorption floor has a negative correlation with moisture absorption rate.
