摘要
国内外承船厢一般为薄壁腹板式金属结构,其是升船机的主要结构部件,内部盛有巨量的水体。通航过程中,船只进出、承船厢启动、加速、停止以及紧急制动时,内部巨量的水体不可避免地会发生流动或晃动,为避免由此引起的一些不安全事件,分析承船厢结构的自振特性很有必要。基于虚质量法分析研究了国内某升船机承船厢自振特性,分析结果表明干、湿承船厢自振特性表现为第1阶为刚体模态,随后特征值随着阶数增大而增加,最后收敛于同一值,第2阶的特征值与水流脉动频率有重合,通航船只进出承船厢以及承船厢充、泄水时可能会引发共振,分析过程也表明基于虚质量法的承船厢湿模态分析是一种简洁快速的方法,可为今后同类承船厢设计提供一种设计分析的思路和参考。
Ship reception chamber is commonly thin-walled girder type metal structure both at home and abroad,it’s a major structuralcomponents of ship lift,the internal containing a huge amount of water,in the process of the ships navigation,when the ship entering andleaving,reception chamberis starting,accelerating,stoping,and emergency braking,the huge amount of water inside will inevitably flow orshake.In order to avoid some unsafe events caused by this,it is necessary to analyze the natural vibration characteristics of the ship chamberstructure.Based on the virtual mass method,the natural vibration characteristics of a ship lift’s chamber in China were analyzed.The resultsshow that the first order of the natural vibration characteristics of the dry and wet chambers is a rigid body mode,and then the eigenvaluesincrease with the increase of the order,and finally converge to the same value.The second order eigenvalues coincide with the flow pulsationfrequency,which may cause resonance when the navigable ships enter and leave the chamber,and when the chamber is filled and discharged,The analysis process also shows that the wet modal analysis based on virtual mass method is a simple and fast method,which can provide anidea and reference for the design and analysis of similar ship chambers in the future.
