摘要
目的探讨失效模式与影响分析(FMEA)在腹膜透析患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月~2019年5月在赣州市人民医院行腹膜透析的120例尿毒症患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各60例。对照组给予腹膜透析常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予FMEA护理干预。比较两组患者护理干预前后的风险优先指数(RPN)评分、腹膜感染发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组干预后的各项失效模式RPN评分、RPN总分及腹膜感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将FMEA应用于腹膜透析患者护理中的效果显著,能有效减少腹膜感染的发生,提高患者护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)in the nursing of peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods A total of 120 uremic patients who underwent peritoneal dialysis in People′s Hospital of Ganzhou City from June 2017 to May 2019 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care for peritoneal dialysis,and the observation group was given FMEA nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The risk priority number(RPN)score,the occurrence of peritoneal infection and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after the nursing intervention.Results After intervention,the RPN scores,the total RPN score and the incidence of peritoneal infection in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group after intervention was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of FMEA in the nursing care of peritoneal dialysis patients has significant effect,which can effectively reduce the occurrence of peritoneal infection and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
