摘要
碳基纳米材料中,石墨烯因其独特的热学、力学、电学性能和二维结构而备受关注,并在能源、汽车、航天和电子等领域被广泛应用。然而,成本高、反应条件苛刻、生产能力低等原因,已成为限制石墨烯产业化和应用的瓶颈。随着对石墨烯研究的深入,已有方法可以利用废弃物(如生物质废弃物、塑料)为基质制备石墨烯。本文综述了近年来以废弃物为基质制备石墨烯的研究情况,以期为发展石墨烯的绿色制备提供参考。
Among carbon-based nanomaterials,graphene has attracted much attention and been widely used in energy,automotive,aerospace and electronics fields due to its unique thermal,mechanical,electrical properties and two-dimensional structure.However,high cost,harsh reaction conditions,limited production capacity and other reasons have limited graphene potential for industrialization and large-scale application.With the deepening of the research on graphene,there have been reports on the preparation of graphene using wastes(such as biomass waste and plastics)as substrates.In this paper,the research progress of preparing graphene from waste in recent years is reviewed.It is expected to provide reference for the development of green preparation of graphene.
