摘要
分析了气动隔膜泵的历史失效模式,运用故障模式与影响分析(FMEA)工具对气动隔膜泵潜在的故障模式、影响及风险等级进行了全面的识别,并制定了相应的改进措施。措施实施后,该类型泵每年平均停机时间减少了55%,因失效而导致的可记录泄露事故降低了72%,大大提高了装置运行的安全性和可靠性。
Collected and analyzed the history failure data of Air Driven Diaphragm pump,conducted Failure Mode and Effect Analysis(FMEA)to identify potential failure mode,effect and risk ranking thoroughly,and developed improvement solutions accordingly.After implementation,the mean loss time due to pump failure is reduced by 55%and the number of recordable leakage event is reduced by 72%.
