摘要
对机盖与大灯交接位置的翼子板灯角棱线不顺问题进行分析,基于板料材质性能从制件造型、工艺、结构设计,加工数据、调试过程各阶段的主要参数进行研究,在工艺设计阶段借助AutoForm软件进行成形质量分析,预防回弹超差问题,以减少后期调试的整改时间。
The problem of irregular ridge of the wing panel lamp at the position connecting the headlight and the cover was analyzed,and the main parameters of debugging process were studied based on material performances of sheet metals,from the aspects of product modelling,craft,structure design,and processing data in different stages.The forming quality was analyzed by us⁃ing AutoForm software at the process design stage,which was to prevent springback out-of-toler⁃ance problem,and reduce the rectification time of the later debugging.
