摘要
介绍了储物盒热流道倒装式注射模的结构特点,设计了普通流道、热流道相结合的浇注系统。利用模流软件分析控制困气缺陷,设置最佳进浇点位。借助斜推杆和滑块实现成型塑件倒扣脱模,利用液压缸实现定模推出塑件。模具在体积有限的情况下,配置大量运动机构,实现塑件稳定量产,为成型同类塑件的模具设计提供参考。
The structure characteristics of inverted injection mould with hot runner were intro⁃duced,and the casting system combining cold runner and hot runner was designed.The model flow analysis was used to control the trapped gas defects and the best casting point was set.With the help of the inclined ejector pin and the slider to realize the fastener demoulding,the hydraulic cylinder was used to eject plastic parts from the fixed half of mould.In the case of limited volume,the mould was equipped with a large number of moving mechanisms to achieve stable mass pro⁃duction of plastic parts.
