探讨从化市730例孕妇血清维生素A与25-羟基维生素D水平

摘要 目的分析从化市孕妇血清维生素A(VitA)、25-羟基维生素D(25-OH-D)水平,为大庆地区孕妇孕期合理补充维生素提供科学依据。方法分析2020年大庆市730例孕妇血清样本送该中心实验室用质谱方法检测VitA、25-OH-D的实验数据。结果730例调查对象中,在不同年龄、不同孕期、不同季节的VitA、25-OH-D均有不足及缺乏。VitA在30岁以下与30岁以上两组平均水平比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.003),其中30岁以下VitA不足及缺乏占比19.94%,30岁以上不足及缺乏占比2.83%。VitA在孕早期、孕中期、孕晚期进行两两比较,孕中期与孕晚期孕妇VitA平均水平差异有统计学意义(P=0.032),在孕晚期平均水平最低,其他组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。VitA不同季节进行比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),夏季VitA平均水平(0.42±0.09)mg/L最低,冬季(0.45±0.09)mg/L最高;25-OH-D平均水平在30岁以下与30岁以上两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同年龄组25-OH-D不足及缺乏比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同孕期25-OH-D平均水平进行比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中孕早期平均水平(11.21±5.81)ng/mL最低,孕中期(19.65±10.07)ng/mL其次,孕晚期(23.22±10.78)ng/mL最高。25-OH-D平均水平在不同季节进行比较,春季与秋季比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),春季平均水平(16.64±10.33)ng/mL最低,秋季(21.02±17.96)ng/mL最高,其他组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论从化市孕妇VitA、25-OH-D平均水平存在不同程度的缺乏,应加强监测,合理补充VitA、25-OH-D。 Objective To analysis of serum vitamin A(VitA)and 25-hydroxyvitamin D(25-OH-D)levels of pregnant women in Conghua,to provides a scientific basis for pregnant women to supplement vitamins during pregnancy.Methods Analyzing the serum data of 730 pregnant women in Conghua in 2020.The specimens were detected of VitA and 25-OH-D by mass spectrometry in kingmed laboratory.Results Among the 730 subjects,VitA and 25-OH-D were deficiency and insufficiency in different ages,pregnancy periods and seasons.The difference of VitA average level between the groups under 30 and over 30 were statistically significant(P=0.003),the percent of VitA insufficiency is 19.94%in the groups under 30,and 2.83%in the groups over 30.We compared VitA level between the first trimester,the second trimester,and the third trimester.The average level of VitA between the second trimester and the third trimester were statistically significant(P=0.032),and was the lowest in the third trimester.There was no difference between the other groups(P>0.05).The VitA was compared in different seasons,the difference between the groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the average level of VitA was the lowest in summer(0.42±0.09)mg/L,and the highest in winter(0.45±0.09)mg/L;and there was no statistically significant difference of 25-OH-D insufficiency between the groups under 30 and over 30 group(P>0.05).Compared 25-OH-D average level in different pregnancy periods,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),in which the average level in the first trimester(11.21±5.81)ng/mL was the lowest and in the second trimester(19.65±10.07)ng/mL followed,with the highest in the third trimester(23.22±10.78)ng/mL.The average level of 25-OH-D was compared in different seasons,the difference between the spring and autumn groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the average level was the lowest in spring(16.64±10.33)ng/mL,and the highest in autumn(21.02±17.96)ng/mL.There was no statistically significant difference between the other groups(P>0.05).Conclusion There were different deficiency degrees of VitA and 25-OH-D average level in pregnant women in Conghua,and VitA and D should be monitored and supplemented reasonably.
